When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, preferred contact method and the general type of service required. Please do not submit detailed medical information through the website form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss services, arrange an assessment where appropriate and keep a record of our communication. Our usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Different information and lawful bases may apply if you later receive care; these will be explained separately.

Who receives it

Website enquiries are processed using Formspree, our form-processing provider, and our managed website host. We only share information where necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect someone from harm or where you have authorised us to do so.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legal obligations and legitimate business records. We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk free.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your information, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Contact us to exercise a right. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
